I recently spent a weekend at a fabulous writer’s retreat. It was big step for me to mix with others. We talked and read and wrote. It was a very respectful and affirming experience. And by experiencing all these diverse voices it gave me more confidence to be myself, to share my own voice. So there will be a few poems appearing here …
